Full Journal pdf2005-05-24 House Journal Page 2112 HB 1 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee report (page 2109) on the following, which is under Unfinished Business: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1(HES) "An Act relating to the base student allocation used in the formula for state funding of public education; and providing for an effective date." 2005-05-24 House Journal Page 2113 and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS HB 1. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 1 Adopt YEAS: 33 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Berkowitz, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Elkins, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Joule, Kapsner, Kelly, Kerttula, Kohring, LeDoux, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Rokeberg, Salmon, Samuels, Thomas, Weyhrauch, Wilson Excused: Chenault, Kott Absent: Anderson, Gatto, Holm, Seaton, Stoltze And so, the House adopted the Conference Committee report, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 1 "An Act relating to the base student allocation used in the formula for state funding of public education; and providing for an effective date." Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate.
